Refunds for Services


We strive to ensure all our services meet or exceed your expectations. If you feel the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality, please contact us within 30 days of completion. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to make things right, whether that means offering a service redo, repair, or refund.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on the nature of the service performed. If a refund is granted, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds for Materials


Refunds for materials may be considered only if the materials are returned unused, in their original condition, and within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges, as well as any installation fees, are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with our service or product, please reach out to our customer service team by phone or email. Please include your service details, any supporting documentation, and an explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will respond promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exclusions


Please note that refunds will not apply to:

  • Work completed as agreed upon in the contract

  • Any work that has been completed, including labor and materials, unless deemed unsatisfactory or defective

  • Materials that were custom ordered or are non-returnable​
